When we started developing our core values, we decided they should agree with the guiding principles of our lives. We believe in our company values and reward each other for sticking to them. Want to know if you are a good fit for our Team? See if you identify yourself with our values!
Put your Clients first.
Clients’ well-being is the most important. Before making any decision, always put yourself in your Clients’ shoes and choose the option best for them. Put customer service first and put your own needs second. Example: a customer in need calls you when you are at an important meeting? You leave the room and answer the call.
Take care of your Team.
The Team is the company’s biggest value. Respect your colleagues and appreciate their work and commitment. Do not look down on your colleagues and quickly remove toxic people from the Team. Example:
a colleague has problems in delivering their task? Ask if you can help them!
Take responsibility for your actions. Do not blame your colleagues/Clients for your own failures. Example:
Call your Client and apologize for not delivering the promised service on time.
Focus on results.
It is the outcome that counts! Everything you do should lead to measurable results. Example: when presenting the results of your recent project, focus on the company targets you managed to reach.
Develop on a constant basis.
Gain new skills, do not stand still. Surprise others with new knowledge and abilities. Take actions to become a better version of yourself – today and every day. Example: meditate/practice yoga to be a calmer, happier you.
Make sure all your activities are always optimal in terms of effects and costs. Can you deliver results in a faster, easier and cheaper way? Example: going to the capital city in order to meet your auntie? Great! Combine it with business meetings and save time on travelling.
Have courage to make mistakes.
Do not be afraid of mistakes and failures. Make mistakes, but afterwards be able to admit that you were wrong. By doing so, you learn and become a better person. Example: you admit openly that you would have problems with keeping your new project deadline.
You’ll try to make better estimates in the future.
Pursue the Mission.
All company targets and actions are intended to pursue the mission. Keeping this in mind, you know when to say ‘NO’. Example: you refuse to take on a fascinating project targeted at an individual Client.
